It is therefore the ideal database for any negotiations, arbitration and design of any petroleum legal documents. It provides a complete overview of the international petroleum industry practice as reflected in many documents.
Detailed Reports and Studies
Van Meurs Energy has produced the most detailed overview of the World Rating of Oil and Gas Terms existing commercially for purchase at this time. this is a detailed 6-volume study with detailed
analysis and descriptions of fiscal terms. Volumes can be purchased individually. Please note that Volume 1 is out of print and no longer available.
